Using the apple sourdough, I have been baking bread quite few times.
手作りのりんご天然酵母種を使って、パン作りに挑戦中。
Not only due to the nature of sourdough, but also due to me using no recipe or measurement, the shape, texture, smell and taste never be the same. Anyway, they are all GOOD!!
「天然酵母らしさ」のみならず、「レシピや計量を使わない」ことから、形や食感、香り、味…全て異なります。でも美味しい!
