039 Sheep school !?

A sheep on campus!?

It was actually a sheep taken care by the class for disability students. I saw them taking care of the sheep well, feeding, taking her a walk etc…

Oh, New Zealand!

038 Cows on the bike lane

While I was driving a bike on the bike lane, I realized cows in front. Ohps! Am I on the farm? Did I get inside of the farm somehow? Did I take a wrong lane?

Well, I was right. I was driving on a right lane, and so were cows. They were on their farm as well.

Actually, this bike lane is built going through the farm.

Seeing cows without fences…, Wow!

There is a fence between the farm and car roads though.

037 Croissants

Because I used whole grain flour and I am not used to bake, they were not battery or fluffy like the ones at the bakery. They were still so tasty!!

036 High way

Restrictions about high way, which I have heard so far…

The speed limit is 100km/hr and bicycles are allowed to be driven.

Well, but you wouldn’t feel comfortable driving a bike by cars driving 100km/hr. On this day, I accidently ended up driving a bike on the highway few kilometers though.

032 Melon bread

On the book about bread making, I found a recipe for a melon bread, a kind of Japanese sweet bread. Although I had never baked it before even in Japan, I tried to bake one.

The result was…, the bread turned out to be hard; the ones sold in Japan are softer. Ohps!

I’ll try it again someday…

031 Lunch box

On one sunny day, I made a lunch box and went out

Eating a rice-ball “onigiri” outside. It was just a ball shaped rice with salt around, nothing more, but it was REALLY delicious!

028 Sheep

As cows, there are sheep everywhere around here.

027 Pasta with cauliflower

The season of cauliflower! The more I cook and eat this vegetable, the more I fall in love with its taste, texture and ease to cook!

025 Cows

Within 10 minutes of bike ride, I get to meet various cows.

024 Machine baked bread

My first time to use bread making machine. You only need to measure and put ingredients in the machine, and press the button. How simple it is! The bread tastes good as well.

023 Farmer’s Store

Within 10 minutes of bike ride from my house, there are farms and their stores where you can get fresh vegetables! How fortunate this kind of living is!
