It has been a long time since I had hand-roll sushi last time. I am grateful with the smell of seaweed, softness of row-fish, taste of soy-sauce and hotness of wasabi. Itadakimasu!
(たぶん)幾年か振りの手巻き寿司。海苔の香りに、刺身の柔らかさに、醤油の風味に、ワサビの辛味に…、なんだか涙が出てきちゃいそう。いただきます!
