225 Puri

My first time to make this Indian sweet, Puri. After putting layers of butter, the mixture of coconut milk and egg, sweet smell from the oven was filling the kitchen. It is a tea-time♪

インドのお菓子、Puriを初めて作ってみました。ココナッツミルクと卵を混ぜた生地を何層も重ね、オーブンに入れた後…、甘い香りがキッチンを包み込んでくれました☆
