052 Quiche

Using the sourdough I made from an apple, I made a craft of quiche. As fillings, I put seasonable green vegetables, cheese and egg.

天然酵母を使ってキッシュの生地作り。具には季節の野菜、チーズ、卵を入れて焼いてみました。味わい深い生地に感激。
