122 Outdoor Cooking (Nan & Butter Chicken)

I kneaded the dough at 3am, and left it all day, shaped and then baked by the fire. It turned out crispy outside and chewy inside. Without joke, it was delicious!!

For the butter chicken, after putting chicken on an oiled pan, add spices, tomato can, a bit sugar and then put cream, yogurt and lemon juice in. It was another delicious dish!!

出発する日の早朝、3時から捏ね、一日中寝かせておいた生地を延ばして、焚き火で焼いて･･･、ふっくらナンの出来上がり！いや、冗談抜きに美味しい！！

バターチキンは、油を敷いた鍋にチキンを入れ、火を通し、各種スパイスを加え、更に火を通し、トマト缶と砂糖少々を入れ、最後に生クリーム、ヨーグルト、レモン汁を加え、しばらく煮立たせて、出来上がり！これまた絶品！！

121 Ohps! Left QP…

One time, I took a photo of QP putting her on the fence, and then… I left. I did leave QP alone for few minutes until I realized and went back. When I got there, she was still there with the same posture and smiling J

フェンスにQPを置いて、写真を撮って、「いざ出発！」…と、QPを置き去りにしてその場を去ってしまった。10分後くらいしてから気付き戻ると…、そこには、同じポーズと笑顔で立ちすくむQPの姿が！迷子になっても泣かない強い子ですJ

Another trip to a hot spring! It should take only 1 hour of drive, but for me, those who know me well may understand why, it takes hours and hours…

再び温泉へ繰り出すことに！大抵の人にとっては1時間弱の道のり。そこを数時間強かけ、目の前に変わっていく景色に感嘆し、ゆっくりと、そして時には停まりもしたりして･･･、一コマ、一コマの景色を味わっていた。
