366 Just flour, water and salt

It is just bread and wrap made of flour, water and a bit of salt, but with work of our hands.

And there, put some beans, beats and cabbage grown through the cold winter.

And then, eat them outside, no roof but fresh air.

Why I am feeling as if this moment were filled with so much of something?

パンとラップは単純に小麦と水、少しの塩を加えて作ったもの。ただ、丹念に手で捏ねて。
そこにお豆とビート、キャベツをはさむ。寒い冬を越した野菜たち。
そして、お外でいただきます。屋根は無く、ただ新鮮な空気に包まれるのみ。
何かがとっても満ちている気がするのは何故でしょう。
